- Developed a high-performance Android WMS featuring native hardware integration via Kotlin Method Channels for Zebra's DataWedge barcode scanners. Architected complex logistics modules for location tracking and storage workflows, and implemented custom ZPL logic for thermal label printing across distributed warehouse environments. Engineered full RTL (Right-to-Left) support with Arabic i18n.
- Built a Flutter-based SSO SDK integrating new cross-platform applications into Manorama's 10M+ user identity ecosystem, supporting JWK verification and Google/Apple/Facebook logins. Redesigned user flows, managed external team handovers, and improved documentation.
- Stabilized multiple legacy Flutter apps (BuddyGuru, Epic Voucher, Hello Address, internal event tools) by resolving production crashes, upgrading outdated dependencies, modernizing build pipelines, and integrating SSO — improving reliability across apps with 100k+ downloads.
- Architected and built a modular, offline-first analytics SDK (Lens) entirely in Flutter/Dart, handling offline workflows, event capture, crash logging, batching, schema validation, local DB persistence, and background sync without third-party trackers.
- Led a 4-member team through design, development, and testing of a parental control app, now live on Google Play with strong user reviews.
- Engineered core features including geofencing, biometric authentication, deep linking, push notifications, and real-time updates with WebSockets.
- Established scalable Bloc/Cubit state management and integrated Flutter with native Kotlin modules, laying the foundation for maintainable long-term growth.
